THE SILK CONCEPT


Silk was created by Dennis Bandack as an innovative pan-Asian dining concept, or better described as «casual Asian street food». 

 

Silk offers an overview of flavors that spans across a region the size of half the world. Silk targets busy summer and winter locations from the Adriatic basin to the European Alps and across the (up-and-coming) affluent capitals of Eastern Europe.

 

The first restaurant was launched on the island of Korcula (Croatia) in 2016. A second followed in Split (Croatia) on June 2018 quickly followed by a third venue in Verbier in the Swiss Alps. In July 2020 Silk Hvar (Croatia) was inaugurated and in 2021 Silk expects the launch of Silk Zagreb (Croatia) and two more in the neighbouring states. 

 

The true value of this concept lies in the hospitality experience and knowledge of the exceptional management team the founder has assembled.  The execution and rollout processes they have put in place make the development of new venues fast and financially viable.

 

The Silk experience has proven very successful in all the previous openings. The Silk team has developed an efficient business model that provides access to pan-Asian quality food at affordable prices.
